Rates include all taxes, breakfast, heating/air conditioning, refrigerator and pc use.

You will pay a 10% deposit of total price to confirm your reservation. The remainder is due at the B&B upon arrival.

Cancellation policy: If you cancel or shorten your reservation 7 days prior arrival date there will be no charge. If Guest fail to arrive there will be a charge of one night stay. If you shorten your reservation up to 7 days prior to your arrival date, including during your stay, or have fewer guests than originally booked, the cost of the original reservation will be assessed.
